The morning begins with a curated startup showcase focused on real problems, real deployments, and responsible implementation.
Rather than a traditional expo or a series of sales pitches, selected innovators will share what they are learning in the field and engage directly with participants around specific healthcare and organizational challenges.

The afternoon shifts from listening to participation. Participants will join interactive working sessions around three of the most important challenges shaping responsible AI adoption.
Governance First. Explore AI governance, risk, compliance, organizational readiness, and the structures leaders need before scaling AI responsibly.
Leading Organizational Change. Examine AI literacy, executive alignment, culture, change management, and how organizations build the internal capability required for adoption.
Human Flourishing in the Age of AI. Explore the human side of transformation, including trust, relationships, well-being, human capabilities, and how AI can be implemented in ways that strengthen rather than diminish human potential.
The day concludes with an opportunity to continue the conversations in a more personal setting.
