◈ Programming

See. Align. Activate.

Global and local leaders will examine how responsible AI adoption is taking shape across healthcare systems around the world. Through expert perspectives and facilitated discussion, participants will compare approaches, challenges, lessons, and emerging practices across Boston, the United States, Europe, Africa, and other global ecosystems, building a shared understanding of the healthcare AI landscape and what can be learned across markets.

Responsible AI Adoption Across Markets. Connecting Boston’s AI ecosystem with global leaders to compare approaches, share lessons, and identify practices that strengthen responsible AI adoption worldwide.

Boston ↔ United States ↔ Europe ↔ Africa ↔ Global

Executives will move from broad principles to a shared understanding of what responsible AI adoption looks like in practice. Through expert perspectives and facilitated discussion, participants will examine organizational readiness, governance, leadership, workforce impact, trust, and human flourishing, comparing approaches across institutions and global ecosystems to identify the conditions required for responsible adoption.

Executives will translate shared intelligence into practical organizational action. Working sessions will help leaders assess readiness, identify high-value opportunities, prioritize next steps, and develop pathways toward implementation.

Leading AI companies and high-growth startups from around the world will showcase proven solutions and unpack why AI initiatives fail, what drives successful adoption and strong ROI, and what leaders should consider before investing or scaling.

Participants leave with clearer priorities, trusted relationships, and actionable next steps for their organizations.
